- Bishop Silva has appointed Deacon James Dougherty, in addition to his diaconal assignment at St. Theresa Parish, Mountain View, to diaconal ministry at St. Joseph Parish, Hilo, effective November 1, 2015.
- Bishop Silva has appointed Rick Stack as a member of the Diocesan Finance Council, effective November 1, 2015 – October 31, 2018.
