- Bishop Silva has appointed Rev. Joseph Diaz as parochial vicar of St. Anthony of Padua Church, Kailua, effective October 1, 2015.
- Bishop Silva has appointed Justin Agustin to the Diocesan Liturgical Commission as the representative of the Leeward Oahu Vicariate for a three-year term, effective October 1, 2015 – September 30, 2018.
- Bishop Silva has appointed Teresita Aquino to the Diocesan Pastoral Council as the representative of the Central Oahu Vicariate for a three-year term, effective July 1, 2015 – June 30, 2018.
- The Members of the Hawaii Catholic Community Foundation selected Louis Carnazzo and Vincent Guerreiro as Directors for three-year terms, effective from January 1, 2016 – December 31, 2018.
