- Bishop Silva has appointed Reverend Ronie Pillos as Administrator of St. Theresa Parish, Mountain View, effective May 19, 2014.
- Bishop Silva has appointed Reverend Rex Rilveria as Parochial Vicar of St. John Apostle & Evangelist Parish, Mililani, effective May 1, 2014.
- Bishop Silva announces that Reverend Ramelo Somera, currently Administrator of St. Catherine Parish, Kapaa, and Vicar Forane for the Kauai Vicariate, will become a full-time Chaplain with the United States Army, and will therefore leave the parish on May 15, 2014.
- Bishop Silva has appointed Reverend Anthony Rapozo as Pastor of St. Catherine Parish, Kapaa, effective May 15, 2014.
- Bishop Silva has also appointed Reverend Anthony Rapozo the Vicar Forane of the Kauai Vicariate, effective May 15, 2014 until June 30, 2017.
