Mary, Star of the Sea Parish in Waialae-Kahala has activated its bereavement ministry that offers consolation and support for individuals who are mourning the loss of a loved one.
The “Healing Hearts” ministry provides participants with an opportunity to explore mourning after the death of a loved one through Scripture, prayer, reflection and faith-sharing.
If you are coping with the loss of a loved one, we invite you to come to one, two or all of the “Healing Hearts” sessions. They are open-entry and available to everyone
The two-hour sessions convene on Saturdays from 1-3 p.m. in the parish’s second-floor activity center. The remaining dates are Feb. 15 and 22, and March 1, 8 and 15.
