Jan. 28. He continues in Hospital Ministry. - Bishop Silva announces the resignation of Rev. Elias Escanilla as administrator of Sacred Heart Church, Hawi, and his move to St. Anthony Rectory, Kalihi, to attend to health concerns, effective Jan. 28.
