- Bishop Silva announces his approval of the bylaws of the newly established Catholic Men’s Fellowship as a public juridic person according to the norms of the Code of Canon Law, effective December 26, 2023, the Feast of St. Stephen, Deacon and Martyr.
- Bishop Silva has appointed Reverend Arrion Rosales-Llantos, Parochial Vicar of St. Elizabeth Church, as the Chaplain of the Catholic Men’s Fellowship of Hawaii, effective January 4, 2024.
- Very Reverend Lane Akiona, SS.CC., Provincial Superior of the Congregation of the Sacred Hearts U.S. Province, has proposed the following appointments. Bishop Silva has confirmed these appointments, effective February 2, 2024:
