- Rev. Lazarus Anondee as Parochial Vicar of Sacred Heart Church, Honolulu.
- Rev. Marcialito Maglana as Parochial Vicar of the Cathedral Basilica of Our Lady of Peace, downtown Honolulu.
- Very Reverend Manuel Medina, M.S., Provincial Superior of the Missionaries of Our Lady of La Salette, Philippines Province, has proposed the following appointments. Bishop Silva has confirmed these appointments, effective July 1, 2023:
- Rev. Valentine Sun Tun, M.S. as Parochial Vicar of St. Joseph Church, Waipahu.
- Rev. Anil Varghese, M.S. as Parochial Vicar of Christ the King Church, Kahului.
- The diocesan offices will be closed on Monday, May 29, 2023, in observance of Memorial Day.
