- Bishop Silva has appointed Reverend Leonardo Tubana as Parochial Vicar of the Cathedral Basilica of Our Lady of Peace, downtown Honolulu, effective June 5, 2022.
- Bishop Silva has appointed the following as Members of the Diocesan Board of Education, for terms of three years effective July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2025:
