Come enjoy the best-fried fish you’ve ever had and make new friends while supporting two great causes.
The Knights of Columbus Council 6307’s Lenten fish fry, 5-7 p.m., March 6 at St. Anthony Parish Hall on Makawao Street in Kailua will raise money for students in financial need at St. John Vianney and St. Anthony Schools, both in Kailua, and for Hoola Na Pua, an organization that comes to the aid of girls trafficked in the sex trade, through health, education, advocacy and reintegration.
The fish will be served with hush puppies, coleslaw, fruit and French fries.
You can eat in the parish hall or pick up your meals at the drive-thru and eat at home.
Tickets will be available after all Masses at St. John Vianney and St. Anthony Churches on Feb. 29 and March 1, and at the door on March 6.
Prices are $17 for adults, $13 for seniors and adolescents up to age 15, $7 “Cheese Toastee” (grilled cheese) meal for children, and $60 maximum per family (parents and children).
