The music ministry of Sts. Peter and Paul Parish in Honolulu, and pastor Father Khanh Pham-Nguyen, are once again sponsoring an Advent mission and concert with popular Catholic musician, songwriter and storyteller Steve Angrisano.
This year’s Advent mission and “Thank You” concert with Angrisano will take place on Dec. 14 at 7 p.m. at Sts. Peter and Paul.
Tickets are $20 for those 13 and older and free for youth 12 and under. Light refreshments will be served after the concert. Seating is limited and can be reserved at https://sites.google.com/view/stspeterandpauladvent2019. Carpooling is recommended as the church lot is small.
Angrisano will also be leading an Advent reflection on Dec. 13 at 6 p.m. prior to the parish penance service. The event is free and open to the public.
Angrisano is the composer of many liturgical hymns including “Many and One,” “Psalm 63: My Soul is Thirsting,” “A Rightful Place” and “Go Make a Difference.”
