- The diocesan offices will be closed June 11, 2013 in observance of Kamehameha Day.
- Bishop Silva has appointed Reverend Joseph Pilotin, MS, as Parochial Vicar of Christ the King Parish, Kahului, effective May 10, 2013.
- Bishop Silva has appointed Reverend Stephen Macedo as Parochial Vicar of Annunciation Parish, Waimea, effective July 1, 2013. Father Macedo returned to public priestly ministry on June 2, 2013.
