- Bishop Silva has appointed Reverend Manuel Hewe as Pastor of the Co-Cathedral of St. Theresa, Kalihi, effective July 1, 2019.
- Bishop Silva has appointed Reverend Joseph Diaz as Director of Vocations of the Diocese of Honolulu, effective June 1, 2019.
- Bishop Silva has appointed Faith Leasiolagi to the Diocesan Pastoral Council as the Youth and Young Adults Representative, effective July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2022.
- The diocesan offices will be closed Friday, April 19, 2019 in observance of Good Friday.
