Members of the St. Anthony School, Kailua, eighth grade Class of 1968, posed for a photo after a Memorial Mass for deceased classmates on June 23 at the parish church. The class held several reunion events for their 50th graduation anniversary, including the Mass, which was said by Msgr. Gary Secor, a 1965 St. Anthony graduate. His homily focused on the “3 R’s” of Catholicism: respect, reconciliation and reverence. After the Mass, class members had lunch and toured their old school. The day prior, the class had a cocktail gathering, and Sunday night, close to 70 classmates attended a reunion dinner at Mid Pacific Country Club in Lanikai. (HCH photos by Anna Weaver)
