- Bishop Silva has appointed Rev. Ramesh Martin Devadoss as Parochial Vicar of St. Michael the Archangel Parish, Kailua-Kona, effective July 1, 2017.
- Bishop Silva has appointed Rev. Rheo Ofalsa as Temporary Administrator of St. John the Baptist Parish, Honolulu (Kalihi), effective immediately until August 15, 2017, when Rev. Moses Akebule will arrive as the Administrator.
- Bishop Silva has appointed Rev. Danilo Laeda as Chaplain to St. Francis Healthcare System of Hawaii, effective July 1, 2017.
