- Bishop Silva has appointed Reverend Norlito Concepcion, OSA as Parochial Vicar of St. John the Apostle & Evangelist Parish, Mililani, effective January 16, 2017.
- Bishop Silva has accepted the resignation of Reverend Exsequel Tuyor as Chaplain of the Visayan Community at St. Anthony Parish, Kalihi and has appointed Reverend Francisco Sanchez as the Chaplain, effective January 18, 2017.
