Sacred Hearts Academy students gathered Aug. 2 in St. Margaret Mary Chapel on the Kaimuki campus for Eucharistic adoration and to pray before and venerate a mosaic panel created for the renovated altar of the Cathedral Basilica of Our Lady of Peace. Representing Oahu and its flower, the ilima, the panel offered students a tangible reminder of the Academy’s connection to the Diocese of Honolulu and the wider Church.
