Mary, Star of the Sea Church in Waialae-Kahala has a bereavement ministry that offers consolation and support to those who are mourning the loss of a loved one.
This “Healing Hearts” ministry provides participants an opportunity to explore mourning after the death of a loved one through Scripture, prayer, reflection and faith-sharing.
If you are coping with the loss of a loved one, we invite you to come to our fall sessions. They are open-entry and available to anyone who would like to attend one, two or all of them. The six two-hour sessions will take place Saturdays from 1-3 p.m. in the church’s second-floor Activity Center.
Fall session dates are Oct. 3, 10, 17, 24, 31 and Nov. 7.
