Holy Rosary Church’s house-to-house daily block rosary in the community during the month of May culminated May 31 on the feast of the Holy Trinity. The project was coordinated and spearheaded by Femy Lips, assisted by Edna Rice. The objective of this devotion to Mary was to reach out and evangelize to families through praying the rosary. Donations went toward maintenance of the church. (Courtesy Linda Villena)

The parish community of St. Ann Church participated in a Eucharistic procession June 7. Religious education students who recently made their sacraments were the flower bearers and tossed out rose petals, plumeria and orchid flowers, as Jesus processed throughout the church campus. Sacred Hearts Father Lomano Fifita, parochial vicar of St. Ann, led the procession with the parishioners and altar servers marching alongside and around him. It was a blessed day for the feast of Corpus Christi. (Courtesy Robert Noguchi)
