Bishop’s announcements and appointments
- Bishop Silva announces the incardination of Father Samuel Loterte into the clergy of the Diocese of Honolulu, effective April 2, Holy Thursday. He was formerly a priest and a professed member of the Congregation of the Blessed Sacrament, Philippines Province. He currently serves as pastor of St. Theresa Church, Mountain View, Hawaii island.
