Bishop’s announcements and appointments
- Bishop Silva announces the incardination of Father Jaroslaw Z. Skrzypek (aka Father Jarek) into the clergy of the Diocese of Honolulu, effective Dec. 17, 2025. He was formerly a priest of the Diocese of Springfield-Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Bishop Silva also has changed Father Skrzypek’s status from administrator to pastor of St. John the Baptist Church, Honolulu, effective Dec. 17, 2025.
