Correction

In the Dec. 19, 2025, issue of the Hawaii Catholic Herald, the hometown of Father Renato Maliwat, parochial vicar at St. Elizabeth Church in Aiea, was incorrectly listed as Batangas, Philippines, in the “Viriditas2: Soul Greening” column. Father Maliwat was born in Pangasinan, Philippines.

The Herald regrets the error.
