Mary, Star of the Sea Church in Waialae-Kahala has a bereavement ministry that offers consolation and support for those who are mourning the loss of a loved one.
This “Healing Hearts” ministry provides participants an opportunity to explore mourning after the death of a loved one through Scripture, prayer, reflection and faith sharing.
If you are coping with the loss of a loved one, we invite you to come to one, two or all of our sessions. They are open and available to everyone.
There will be six consecutive two-hour sessions on Saturdays from 1-3 p.m. in the church’s second-floor activity center. The dates are Aug. 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30, and Sept. 6.
