Bishop’s announcements and appointments

  • Bishop Silva has appointed Father Peter Kwan Jihun as chaplain of the Korean Catholic Community in Hawaii, effective Feb. 1. (He replaces Father Paul Lee, who has returned to Korea.)
  • The diocesan offices will be closed on Monday, Feb. 17, in observance of Presidents’ Day.
