A sophomore from St. Joseph School in Hilo is the new Miss Hawaii Island Teen 2025.

Olga Lehua Arianoff of Waiakea Uka was crowned Jan. 7 during the Miss Hawaii Island Teen pageant at Nani Mau Gardens in Hilo. She vied against seven other contestants in a competition that included evening gown, private interview, talent, health and fitness, and on-stage question categories.

Arianoff will represent Hawaii island at the state level this summer.

Arianoff’s platform centers on support for local families of active-duty personnel. The community service advocate, who is also a member of St. Joseph School’s campus ministry, “aims to raise awareness about the unique challenges these families face and provide much-needed resources to help them thrive,” according to a press release.
