St. Ann Parish in Kaneohe invites all to celebrate the month of May, which is dedicated to Mary, by attending a “living rosary” prayer on May 16 at 7 p.m.

Using parishioners as “living beads,” the parish will pray the sorrowful mysteries — meditating on the passion and death of Christ, from his agonizing prayer in the Garden of Olives through his brutal scourging and crowning of thorns by Roman soldiers.

“We will walk with him on the Via Dolorosa and finally stand at the foot of his cross with his sorrowful mother as he breathes his last sermon,” St. Ann Parish promises.
