  • Bishop Silva has appointed Deacon Raul Perez as the Chaplaincy Instructor and Supervisor for the Permanent Deacon Formation Program, effective August 1, 2023.
  • Bishop Silva has reappointed the following to the Diocesan Finance Council, effective September 1, 2023 to August 31, 2028:
