- Bishop Silva announces that Father Siegfred Dosdos, who serves at St. Benedict Parish, Honaunau (Island of Hawaii), was incardinated as a priest of the Diocese of Honolulu on January 23, 2023, the Memorial of St. Marianne Cope. He was formerly a priest of the Diocese of Butuan, Philippines.
- Bishop Silva announces the assignment of newly-ordained Father Michael Kamauoha, SS.CC. as parochial vicar of St. Augustine by the Sea Church, Waikiki, effective February 14, 2023.
