A moment in the life of a little girl
Miss Fidelia Nduda is eight months old and was held by His Holiness, Pope Paul IV, at the general audience on Nov. 8. Father Gaston F. Diels, SS.CC., formerly of Honolulu, sent this picture to the Herald with the story. Little Fidelia is the daughter of Dennis and Theresa Nduda of former Biafra (part of Nigeria). Dennis is working toward his doctorate degree in sociology at the Gregorian University. When Dennis first came to Rome as a student, he stayed with the Sacred Heart Fathers. The picture was taken by Dennis, a proud father. Although little Fidelia seems frightened by the heights, His Holiness is thoroughly enjoying the moment.
