- Bishop Silva is pleased to announce that Father Arnel Soriano, until now a priest of the Missionaries of Our Lady of LaSalette, was incardinated as a priest of the Diocese of Honolulu on October 28, 2022. Father Soriano is the Pastor of St. Theresa Church, Kihei, Maui.
- Bishop Silva has appointed Kainoa Fukumoto as a Member of Catholic Charities Hawaii effective January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2025.
- The diocesan offices will be closed on Friday, November 11, 2022, in observance of Veterans Day.
