Announcements/Appointments

  • Very Reverend Lane Akiona, SS.CC., Provincial Superior of the Congregation of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary in the United States, has appointed Reverend Patrick Joseph Tukidia, SS.CC. as Parochial Vicar of St. Ann Church, Kaneohe. Bishop Silva has confirmed this appointment effective October 19, 2022.
  • Very Reverend Paul Tai Van Tran, CRM, Provincial Superior of the Congregation of Mother of the Redeemer, has appointed Reverend Patrick Ngoc Nguyen, CRM, as Interim Chaplain of the Holy Vietnamese Martyrs Catholic Community, Honolulu. Bishop Silva has approved this appointment effective October 17, 2022 – November 17, 2022. He replaces Reverend Dominic Nguyen, CRM, who has been named to the Council of his religious community.
