Australian composer and musician John Burland will give a free concert and family sing-a-long celebrating the sacrament of the Eucharist, Oct. 14, 6:30-7:30 p.m. at the Co-Cathedral of St. Theresa
The event is described as a delightful musical journey of song, movement, prayer and story.
Burland will sing his well-known songs including “Come to the Table,” “Do This in Memory of Me,” “Jesus Bread of Life” and “Take This and Eat.”

The concert is free. Donations are welcome. The concert will be livestreamed.

Burland is an educator, speaker and composer who has been writing and recording music for children and adults for over 25 years. He has published 16 music collections which are used extensively in school and parish communities across Australia, New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada.
He is the education officer of archdiocesan liturgical music for Sydney Catholic schools. He has been a regular presenter at the L.A. Religious Education Congress and the National Catholic Educational Association Convention in the United States.
