Announcements/Appointments
- Very Reverend Roel L. Dela Cruz, S.S.S., Provincial Superior of the Blessed Sacrament Congregation in the Philippines, has proposed the following appointments. Bishop Silva has confirmed these appointments, effective June 15, 2022:
- Reverend Victor Diolata, Jr., S.S.S. as Parochial Vicar of Mary, Star of the Sea Church, Honolulu.
- Reverend Fernando Tomo, S.S.S. as Parochial Vicar of St. Joseph Parish, Hilo.
- Bishop Silva has appointed Reverend Octavius Moo as Interim Administrator of Sacred Hearts Church, Lanai City, effective July 1, 2022.
- Bishop Silva has appointed the following to serve as Vicars Forane for a five-year term, effective July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2027. Vicars Forane are also ex-officio members of the Presbyteral Council and of the Clergy Personnel Board.

- Bishop Silva reports that according to the statutes of the Presbyteral Council, when an elected seat is vacated, it is filled by the priest with the next highest number of votes in the last election. Since Reverend EJ Resinto will no longer be occupying an elected seat, due to his appointment as Vicar Forane, Reverend Stephen Macedo will complete his term as an elected member of the Presbyteral Council, effective July 1, 2022.
