Photos: Aloha, Uvalde

06/08/2022 by Hawaii Catholic Herald

Hawaii Benedictine Sister Celeste “CC” Cabral poses June 4 with priests and officials in Uvalde, the small Texas town rocked by the school massacre of 19 students and two teachers May 24.  She was part of a small delegation formed to bring aloha last weekend to the grieving community. The group delivered a mile-long ti leaf lei created by the Maui and Oahu organization called Lei of Aloha for World Peace.
