Congratulations, Shaina!
The Hawaii Catholic Herald’s longest employed staff member, Shaina Caporoz, displays a framed commendation given to her Oct. 8 by the Senate of the State of Hawaii on the occasion of her 46th anniversary with the newspaper. Caporoz is the Herald’s bookkeeper and advertising manager. The senate also recognized her accomplishments as a Roosevelt High School soccer coach, as a member of numerous civic boards and commissions including the City and County of Honolulu’s 2021 Council Reapportionment Commission, and her extensive work with the scholarship pageant community. The Hawaii Catholic Herald is proud to have the talented Caporoz as an employee, the longest working in the downtown diocesan chancery. (HCH photo | Anna Weaver)
