St. Raphael Church in Koloa, Kauai, celebrated the 175th anniversary of the apparition of Our Lady of La Salette with a triduum of Masses Sept. 16, 17 and 18 and a Thanksgiving Mass on Sept. 27 at 5 p.m., presided over by its pastor, La Salette Father Rizal Acosta, and concelebrated by all of Hawaii’s La Salette priests. La Salette missionaries have served 36 years on Kauai and at St. Raphael for 18 years.
