Special to the Herald

This year, the Worldpriest Global Rosary Relay for Priests will have its continuous recitation of the Marian prayer on Friday, June 11, with participants in more than 500 locations throughout the world.

Hawaii is scheduled to recite the Sorrowful Mysteries at 11:30 a.m. on that day in the Cathedral Basilica of Our Lady of Peace. The event will be livestreamed with designated individuals leading the different decades.

Everyone is encouraged to spiritually join the event any time of the day and night. The purpose of this worldwide effort is to pray for the sanctification of all priests and in thanksgiving for all they do.
