Mother of missing person returns to Kauai to continue search

Patricia Marks, whose son disappeared on Kauai in November 2005, was back on the island in April after she learned that two unidentified bodies had been found recently by hikers. Neither turned out to be her son, Daniel J. Marks, who was 24 when he went missing.

So Patricia Marks, a parishioner of St. Rose Catholic Church in Girard, Ohio, called the Hawaii Catholic Herald to ask if it would remind its readers that the case remains unsolved and that she continues to search for answers.

Editor’s Note: The fate of Daniel Marks is still unknown.
