- Bishop Silva has appointed Cynthia Yee Bronson to the Diocesan Planning and Building Commission as the West Honolulu Vicariate Representative, effective November 7, 2020 through June 30, 2025.
- Bishop Silva has reappointed Stanley Haanio to the Diocesan Planning and Building Commission as the West Hawaii Vicariate Representative, effective (retroactively) July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2025.
