Letters to the Herald: Sept. 18, 2020

09/16/2020 by Hawaii Catholic Herald

Sensitive and intelligent

I would be remiss if I failed to express my gratitude for the sensitive and intelligent manner in which Bishop Larry Silva, the diocese of Honolulu, Father Santhosh, Father Joseph and my fellow parishioners at Our Lady of Good Counsel have responded to the coronavirus. With social distancing, masking, cleaning, registering of attendees and many other medically appropriate actions I feel comfortable in attending Mass. Allowing science to guide us along with faith and hope we shall overcome this pandemic.
