  • June 12, 10:00 am, St. Patrick’s Seminary Reopening Task Force (video conference); 12:00 pm, Audit Committee (video conference).
  • June 13, 10:00 am, Ordination to the Diaconate of Ese’ese (Ace) Tui, Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, Ewa Beach.
  • June 14, 10:30 am, Mass for Feast of Corpus Christi with initiation of the Elect of St. Theresa; followed by Eucharistic Procession around parking lot and Benediction, Co-Cathedral of St. Theresa, Kalihi.
  • June 16, 9:30 am, Bishop’s Administrative Advisory Council (video conference).
  • June 23, 9:00 am, Diocesan Finance Council (video conference); 4:30 pm, Catholic Charities Hawaii Board of Directors (video conference).
  • June 25, 10:00 am, Diocesan Department Heads (video conference).

Announcements/Appointments

  • Bishop Silva confirms that Reverend Jose Macoy will serve on the Presbyteral Council as an elected member, taking the place of Reverend Santiago Agoo, who will be returning to the Philippines. His term is from May 29, 2020, through June 30, 2021.
  • Due to the ongoing Covid-19 coronavirus pandemic, Bishop Larry Silva extends the dispensation  from the obligation to attend Sunday Mass to all the people of the Diocese of Honolulu and all visitors to the Diocese of Honolulu through August 31, 2020.  All who are able to attend Sunday Mass without putting themselves or others at serious risk of infection, are encouraged to do so, but are not obliged to do so.
