Holy Trinity Parish offering 4-evening Advent mission

11/27/2019 by Hawaii Catholic Herald

Holy Trinity Church, Kuliouou, will host its annual Advent mission sponsored by its adult faith formation team, Dec. 2-5. The mission will provide a spiritual opportunity to prepare for the coming of our Savior, Jesus Christ, and to focus on the true meaning of Christmas by providing a respite from the distractions of a commercialized Christmas.

Sacred Hearts Father Santhosh Thottankara will present “A Reflection by a Priest,” at 7 p.m., Dec. 2. On Dec. 3 at 7 p.m., Deacon Ron Paglinawan will share his “Reflections as a Deacon.” At 7 p.m. on Dec. 4, Joe Miller will give his “Reflections as a Lay Person.”

On the fourth day, Dec. 5, at 7 p.m., the parish will offer a penance service.

O come all ye faithful, pray with us and prepare for Christmas.
