- Bishop Silva has appointed Caven Raco to the Diocesan Planning and Building Commission as the Kauai Vicariate Representative, effective immediately to June 30, 2024.
- Bishop Silva has confirmed the assignment by his Provincial of transitional Deacon Esitio Niuliki, SS.CC. to full time diaconal service at St. Ann Church, Kaneohe.
