Looking for a really great deal on a local Catholic education? Several Hawaii Catholic schools are participating in a promotional offer for half-off tuition to new students.
The 50% off deal is being overseen by the Hawaii Catholic Schools department and presented through Salem Media. The promotion has been advertised on local radio stations.
In previous years, Our Lady of Good Counsel School in Pearl City has had success with the marketing program.
“After seeing its success at Our Lady of Good Counsel, our Board of Education Marketing Committee suggested we bring Salem Media to present this to all our Catholic schools,” said Mona Ishihara, communications/marketing specialist for Hawaii Catholic Schools.
“Last summer we introduced this to all our school administrators,” she said.
The current schools offering half-off tuition are Our Lady of Good Counsel in Pearl City for preschool, grades 3 and 5; St. Michael School in Waialua for grades 2-8; St. Joseph School in Waipahu for grades 3; and all of St. Ann School in Kaneohe.
Ishihara said several more schools are anticipated to participate in the future.
