Mary, Star of the Sea Church in Waialae-Kahala has a ministry that offers consolation and support for those who are mourning the loss of a loved one. This “Healing Hearts” ministry provides participants an opportunity to explore mourning through Scripture, prayer, reflection and faith sharing.
If you are coping with the loss of a loved one, you are invited to one or all of the Healing Hearts ministry sessions. The sessions are open entry. You may choose to attend one, two, or all of them.
The two-hour sessions is running for six consecutive Saturdays, 1-3 p.m., in the parish second floor activity center. Session dates are July 27, Aug. 3, 10, 17, 24 and 31.
