- Bishop Silva has appointed Reverend Marlon Belmonte as Administrator of Holy Rosary Parish, Pahala and Sacred Heart Parish, Naalehu, effective July 1, 2019.
- Very Reverend Herman Gomes, SS.CC., Provincial Superior of the Congregation of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary in the United States, has appointed Reverend J. Michael Kumar, SS.CC. as Parochial Vicar of St. Patrick Parish, Kaimuki, and Bishop Silva has confirmed the appointment, effective July 1, 2019.
- Bishop Silva has appointed the following to the Stewardship and Development Commission, effective July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2022:
- Sharmayne Naone as the West Hawaii Representative
- Paul Pancho as the West Honolulu Representative (reappointment)
- Reverend Edward Popish, SS.CC. as the Windward Oahu Representative (reappointment)
