Stewardship talk

Representatives from Hawaii parishes heard talks on the spiritual and practical aspects of stewardship and tithing from a variety of local and mainland speakers at the annual Diocesan Stewardship Day, Feb. 9, at Our Lady of Good Counsel Parish in Pearl City.

The speakers in the top row, from left, are Father Andrew Kemberling, chairman of the board of the International Catholic Stewardship Council; Bishop Larry Silva; Dallas Carter, Catholic apologist and diocesan catechist; Jayne Ragasa-Mondoy, director of religious education for the Diocese of Honolulu; and Mark Clark, director of the diocesan Office of Stewardship and Development.
