  • Bishop Silva has appointed Reverend Clarence Zamora as temporary Parochial Vicar of St. Jude Parish, Kapolei, effective January 15, 2019 to June 30, 2019.
  • Very Reverend Herman Gomes, SS.CC., Provincial Superior of the Sacred Hearts Congregation, has proposed Reverend Clyde Guerreiro, SS.CC. as Administrator Pro-Tem of St. Damien of Molokai Parish, Kaunakakai, and Bishop Silva has confirmed this appointment, effective February 1, 2019.
