- Bishop Silva announces that Father Rheo Ofalsa, formerly a priest of the Archdiocese of Omaha, whose incardination into the Diocese of Honolulu was publicly announced on August 16, 2018, pending excardination from the Archdiocese of Omaha, received his excardination on August 30, 2018, and was definitively incardinated into the Diocese of Honolulu on August 31, 2018. We welcome him!
