- Bishop Silva has appointed Reverend E.J. Resinto as Parochial Vicar of the Manoa-Punahou Catholic Community, effective July 1, 2018.
- Bishop Silva has appointed Reverend Mario Palanca as Chaplain of the St. Francis Healthcare System of Hawaii, effective July 1, 2018.
- Bishop Silva has appointed Reverend Norlito Concepcion, OSA, to service as a chaplain for Diocesan Hospital Ministries, effective July 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018; then as Administrator of Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish, Papaikou and St. Anthony Parish, Papaaloa, effective January 1, 2019.

- Bishop Silva announces the appointment of Reverend Michael Tolentino (on loan from the Archdiocese of Nueva Segovia, Philippines) as the Parochial Vicar of St. Joseph Parish, Makawao, Maui, effective July 1, 2018.
