Photo: A busy Filipino Catholic Club

04/04/2018 by Hawaii Catholic Herald

The Filipino Catholic Club of St. Anthony Parish in Kalihi poses for a photo after the meeting March 11. The group has been busy since the beginning of the year with a New Year’s party in January, the installation of new members, including Maryknoll Sister Aurora de la Cruz, and the induction of officers for 2018, with Corazon Aczon picked as the new FCC president. In February, a health program sponsored by University of Hawaii-Manoa was launched for members. In March, they attended “Love and Sacrifice,” a day of recollection at St. Michael Church in Waialua. The FCC meets every second Sunday of the month. (Photo courtesy of Corazon Aczon)
